yup, that's interesting... but how did... wait... ok i think i get how it was done. took me a few minutes and i had to think and double-think that one.

you have two 'special bottles'. one you're going to 'spike' and one that will provide the sealed cap. yoink the cap off the one to be 'spiked' and insert your poo-poo-choo-choo fuel. remove the leftover ring from the seal left on the bottle. cut the top off the 'clean' bottle below the cap. then you soften the plastic of the top so you can carefully remove it from the sealed cap. without breaking the seal you screw the sealed cap down onto your spiked bottle and there you go. one tampered but still appearing to be tamper-proof bottle. :D
